We paired concrete with warm natural wood, two materials that bring out the best in each other. We chose the timber carefully, pieces solid enough to last outdoors and rich enough to glow against the concrete. It is a simple combination that brings the natural world in, the same warm materials you see just outside in the trees and the earth. Together they give the whole property that warm, grounded feeling, indoors and out.
