House rules

Veue is built around the idea of being good neighbors to one another. Six rules keep the place quiet, the cabins cared for, and your stay close to what you came here for. Read them before you book.

  1. 01

    Cancellation and rebooking

    When you book a cabin, we reserve it exclusively for you, which means it stays unavailable to other guests. Our cancellation policy reflects that.

    • Within 20 days of check-in: no refund.
    • More than 20 days before check-in: 50% refund.

    Rebooking is available for medical emergencies with documentation. A 15% surcharge applies, and only one rebooking is permitted. Rebooking without a valid reason is treated as a no-show, which is non-refundable.

    In the event of a government-declared weather emergency, rebookings are processed at no additional charge.

  2. 02

    Security deposit

    A refundable ₱4,000 security deposit covers minor damages. It is returned within 48 hours after checkout via your original payment method.

    If damages exceed the deposit, we bill the difference separately. The deposit also covers rule violations.

  3. 03

    Maximum occupancy

    • Shoreline cabins: up to 4 guests (adults or children).
    • Horizon cabins: up to 6 guests (adults or children).

    This is strictly enforced. Groups exceeding the limit may be refused entry.

    Pets are welcome at Baldemor (Shoreline) and Marcel (Horizon). Maximum 2 pets per stay, each under 15 kg. A ₱2,000 fee plus a ₱2,500 refundable deposit applies. Pet pass required. Pets are welcome on the beach but not in the swimming pools, and must not be left unattended inside or outside the cabin.

  4. 04

    Minimum two-night stay

    Patar Beach is a 5 to 6 hour drive from Manila. A two-night minimum gives you time to actually unwind, and gives us time to properly prepare each cabin between guests.

    Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.

  5. 05

    No illegal activities

    Guests involved in illegal activities will be removed from the premises and reported to authorities. The booking and security deposit are forfeited.

  6. 06

    Respect your neighbors and surroundings

    • No smoking inside cabins.
    • No littering or vandalism.
    • No smoking or eating in the pool. Drinks are welcome, we provide shatterproof cups.
    • No bringing or setting up kiddie pools.
    • No pitching tents or camping.
    • Use the drying racks provided, not light fixtures, for clothes and towels.

    Common courtesy matters most. We reserve the right to forfeit the booking and security deposit of guests who are disruptive or unreasonable.
