Sungayan Grill is a floating restaurant set on a bamboo raft. You sit on the raft, lunch is grilled in front of you, and a small motor boat slowly pulls the raft up the river and back. A long, slow meal, the only sound is the engine of the towing boat and the water against the bamboo.
