Bed and Sofa

The cabin is made for resting, with comfortable beds and a sofa that does more than one job.

Bedding

Extra blankets and pillows are kept on the bathroom shelves, so you can add a layer on a cool night or set up the sofa for an extra guest. If you would like your bedding changed during your stay, just call a caretaker and they will take care of it.

The Sofa Bed

The sofa is versatile. It works as a sofa, a queen bed, or a reading sofa.

To make a queen bed. Make sure the sofa sits about four inches from the wall. Pull the seat up until the backrest lowers into a flat position and you hear the lock release. Then let it down until both sides lie flat.

To turn it back into a sofa. Pull the side of the bed up until you hear it lock. Press the seat down, and the backrest comes up on its own.

The head of the sofa bed can also be set partway up as a reading position, somewhere between a sofa and a bed.

Looking After the Beds

Please use the bedding provided, and try to keep food and drinks off the beds and sofa so nothing spills. If you would like a hand setting up the sofa bed, the caretakers are glad to help.
