Cabin Rates and Deposits

Rates are per cabin, not per guest. There are no extra-person charges within each cabin’s maximum occupancy.

What the Rate Includes

• The cabin itself, set up for the maximum number of guests it sleeps
• Full kitchen with cookware and dining set
• Linens, bath towels, and beach towels for every guest
• Property-wide Starlink Wi-Fi
• Smart TV with streaming app access
• Air conditioning
• Access to the pools, common lounges, and the beachfront
• Caretaker support during your stay
• Cleaning before check-in and after check-out

Optional Add-Ons

The cabin rate covers the cabin. A few common items are paid separately or arranged on the day:

• Food and drinks (cook in your cabin, or order from G Cafe or town restaurants)
• BBQ charcoal (available on-site for a small charge, or bring your own)
• Tricycle to town if you don’t drive yourself
• Boat trips to the Patar Rock Formations or other coastal stops
• Pet fees and pet deposit if you bring a pet to Baldemor or Marcel

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₱4,000 per cabin is held at booking. It covers minor damages, rule violations, or excess wear during your stay.

• Refund timing: the deposit is returned within 48 hours of checkout via your original payment method
• What it covers: small breakages, scratches, or stains that the caretakers can repair or clean during the standard turnover
• For larger issues: major damages, appliance replacement, or significant rule violations are billed separately, and the deposit is held against them while the cost is calculated
• Pets: if you bring a pet, a separate refundable pet deposit applies (see Pet Fees and Deposit)

Senior Citizen and PWD Discounts

Senior Citizen and PWD discounts are available. Prepare your Senior Citizen or PWD ID and contact us at hello@veue.ph so we can make arrangements. The discount is processed and refunded with your security deposit after the ID is verified.
