Minimum Stay and Per-Cabin Pricing

Updated · June 6, 2026

Two things shape how pricing works at Veue: the two-night minimum stay and the per-cabin pricing model. Both are practical decisions, not arbitrary policies.

Why Two Nights Minimum

The cabins are designed for stays of two nights or more, and the trip itself supports the same minimum. Patar is about 280 to 300 km from Manila and the drive takes 5.5 to 7 hours each way. A single-night trip rarely lands well in practice. The cabins are also prepared as private beach homes between stays, and the two-night minimum gives us the time to set each one up properly.

Two nights is the minimum that lets the trip make sense:

  • Day 1: drive in, settle in, unwind
  • Day 2: a full day at the beach, the pools, or a day trip to the caves, falls, or lighthouse
  • Day 3: a slow morning, then drive home

Many guests stay three or four nights, which gives you a real Patar morning before driving back to Manila.

Per-Cabin Pricing

The cabin rate covers the cabin, not the headcount. That means:

  • Shoreline Cabin (₱12,500 / night), same rate whether two or four guests
  • Horizon Cabin (₱20,000 / night), same rate whether two or six guests

There are no extra-person fees within the cabin’s maximum occupancy. Two friends in a Horizon cabin pay the same as six.

This makes group planning easier: you can book by cabin, split the cost however you want among the group, and you don’t have to predict your final headcount weeks in advance.

Toddlers

Toddlers aged three or below do not count against the cabin’s maximum occupancy:

  • Shoreline cabin: up to one toddler not counted
  • Horizon cabin: up to two toddlers not counted

So a Shoreline cabin can sleep four adults plus one toddler, and a Horizon cabin can sleep six adults plus up to two toddlers.

Maximum Occupancy (Strict)

The headcount limit per cabin is strict, regardless of pricing:

  • Shoreline: four guests (with one toddler exception above)
  • Horizon: six guests (with two-toddler exception above)

We can’t add an extra bed, see the House Rules article for the reasoning. If your group exceeds a cabin’s capacity, book multiple cabins. Property-wide capacity is thirty-two guests across the rentable cabins.

How Groups Usually Book

  • Couple or pair of friends: one Shoreline cabin
  • Small family (3-4 guests): one Shoreline cabin
  • Larger family or group (5-6 guests): one Horizon cabin
  • Two couples wanting privacy: one Horizon cabin (with the two king bedrooms)
  • Bigger groups: multiple adjacent Shoreline cabins (Malang-Sanso, Kiukok-Ibarra), or a Horizon plus a Shoreline pair
  • Whole-property buyouts: book all seven rentable cabins together; chat with us for combined pricing

The minimum-stay rule applies to every booking, including buyouts.
