From Booking to Checkout

Booking directly with Veue Beach Cabins is designed to be simple, from choosing your cabin to heading home.

Choose Your Cabin

Click Book Now from any page of the website to open our booking page, then enter:

  • Your arrival and departure dates
  • The number of guests staying

You will then see the available cabins, prices, and any current offers. Choose your preferred cabin, select the lowest available rate that suits your stay, then click Book Now to continue.

Complete Your Payment

Enter your guest and contact details, review your booking, then choose your payment method.

You may pay through PayPal or Xendit. We accept major credit cards.

Other payment options, including GCash and bank deposit, may also be available through Xendit. After submitting your booking, you will be directed to our thank-you page.

While your payment is being verified, you may receive a Booking Pending email. Once payment has been completed and verified, you will receive a Booking Confirmed email.

Watch for Your Welcome Email

After your booking is confirmed, Veue will send you a welcome email containing:

  • Your Travel Kit
  • Directions and information for your stay
  • A confirmation badge to present when you arrive

Please review the Travel Kit before your trip. It contains practical information that will help you prepare and make the most of your stay.

Arrive and Go Straight to Your Cabin

Veue does not have a traditional front-desk check-in process.

When you arrive, show your confirmation badge to one of our caretakers. Your caretaker will guide you directly to your cabin and assist with your luggage. Your cabin will already be prepared and pre-cooled for your arrival.

After a long journey, there is no front-desk queue or extended check-in process. You can settle into your cabin with practically no waiting time.

A Simple Checkout

When it is time to leave, our caretakers can assist with your luggage. There are no long checkout procedures. A caretaker will briefly inspect the cabin and confirm that its contents are complete, after which you may be on your way.

There is no need to clean the cabin before leaving. We will take care of that for you.

To avoid delays, please leave blankets, towels, kitchenware, and other cabin items inside the cabin and in plain sight.

Your Security Deposit Refund

After checkout, you will receive follow-up emails confirming that everything is in order and that your security deposit refund is being processed.

Deductions are made only when cabin items are damaged or missing. Otherwise, the full security deposit is returned within 48 hours of checkout through your original payment method. The refund may appear on your credit card statement later, depending on your bank’s processing time.
