House Rules

Two cabins at Veue welcome pets, Baldemor House (Shoreline) and Marcel House (Horizon). Up to two pets, fifteen kilograms or under each. A pet pass is required; pet fees and a separate deposit apply.

Pets are welcome in Baldemor (Shoreline) and Marcel (Horizon) only, up to two pets per cabin, fifteen kilograms or under each. A pet fee of ₱2,000 and a refundable pet deposit of ₱2,500 apply, in addition to the cabin rate and security deposit.

Choose your cabin, complete payment, watch for your welcome email, and present your confirmation badge when you arrive. Veue has no traditional front desk, and checkout is equally simple.

More than 20 days before check-in, cancellations receive a 50% refund. Within 20 days of check-in, there is no refund. Rebooking is allowed for medical emergencies with documentation, with a 15% surcharge and one rebooking only. Weather-related government emergencies are rebooked at no charge.
