Secluded Beaches and Coves Near Veue

Updated · June 6, 2026

Patar Beach is open in both directions from Veue. A walk along the shoreline takes you to either the Main Beach to the north or into Bani to the south. For more isolated coves, a short boat trip through the caretakers is the way.

Patar Main Beach (North)

Turn right on the shoreline (north) past G Beach Resort to reach Patar Public Beach, often called the Main Beach. You can also drive there, the public parking lot is past Natures Camp Compound.

Bani Beach (South)

Walk left along the shoreline (south) and you cross into Bani, the municipality beside Bolinao. The stretch is known for raw, undeveloped nature, with stronger waves and nice rock formations.

By Boat to Quieter Spots

For more isolated coves tucked between rock formations or stretches only reachable from the sea, ask the caretakers. They can arrange a boat through the same boatman who handles trips to the Patar Rock Formations.

What to Bring

  • Drinking water and sunscreen
  • A hat and sunglasses
  • Aqua shoes for the rockier sections
  • A towel and a dry bag if you’ll be swimming

A Note on Solo Walks

Mornings are quiet on either side. If you’re heading out for a longer walk along the shoreline, tell someone at the cabin where you’re going and roughly when you’ll be back.
