Shared Facilities

Most of the property’s design lives between the cabins. Roughly seventy-five percent of the lot is open space, gardens, lounges, the firepit, the beachfront. Below is what’s outside your cabin.

Common Lounges

Several lounging spots are built into the property:

  • Seaside lounge, beachfront seating for reading, watching the surf, or evening conversation. Sits next to the firepit.
  • Poolside lounges, chairs and Adirondack-style seats around both pools, designed for slow afternoons
  • Garden day beds, quiet spots in the gardens between the cabins

The poolside Adirondack chairs lean you back at the perfect angle for the pool view; they’re the natural place to drift through an afternoon.

Firepit

A firepit sits beside the seaside lounge, set up for evenings when the temperature drops or for late-night conversation. Firewood is available on the property, ask the caretakers and they will set it up for you.

Outdoor Dining

Outdoor dining tables are placed around the property for meals you’d rather eat with the sound of the surf rather than under a ceiling. The caretakers can set up a BBQ grill at any of them on request.

Drivers’ Quarters

If you travel with a hired driver, drivers’ quarters are available on the property so they have a place to stay during your visit. Let us know in advance if you are arriving with a driver so we can prepare the space.

24/7 Backup Generator

The property runs a backup generator that takes over within seconds of a grid outage. It carries the cabins (lights, air conditioning, refrigerators, the heated showers), the property-wide WiFi (so Starlink stays online), and the common areas. Power interruptions are common in Bolinao; the generator is sized so you don’t feel them.
